




These five images are different options for the swan image in portrait format. In the top two images I was trying to incorporate the text into the image, trying to get the text to flow with the diagonal line. I was attempting to make the text look like flowing water. I prefer the portrait image to the landscape mainly because of the composition, I think the use of space seems to be balanced a lot better in these images.
In the bottom three images I have experimented with having the text in the bottom left corner on the image. It seems to be a lot easier to read and balances the image out more effectively than the top two images.
